This news is not a good one concerning the band. It is with great sadness that we have to announce the breaking up of Emptymist: unfortunately it's become too difficult to find worthy musicians that share our enthusiasm and interests. This is the reason behind the our decision to end our project and that made us decide to carry on each one on is own.

We are sure that Alessandro (the drummer) will not have any problem in finding another band to play with.
For what concerns me (keyboards player) and Antonello (bass player) we'll both look for a band in which it will be possible to continue playing together; in the meantime Antonello will keep on playing with Zaburon
(a brutal death band, check them out here!).

We can't fail to thank all the people who have believed in this project with us, particularly Luca Fois and Davide Gangemi with whom we managed to record the demo that you have probably listened to (and if you have not done so you can always click here and download it), and our webslave Roberta Cavalleri who did a great job.
